I'll probably get in trouble for this one...

But seriously... they needed to do a study to figure this out?

From the UK's Telegraph:

Women Spend Nearly One Year Deciding What To Wear

Choosing outfits for work, nights out, dinner parties, holidays, gym and other activities means the average female will spend 287 days rifling through their wardrobe.

The biggest chunk of that time is used up picking a killer ensemble for Friday or Saturday nights out or selecting the right clothes for a holiday.

Experts found on average women spend 16 minutes every weekday morning deciding what to wear and around 14 minutes on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

All I can say is, having recently sat through this process on a Saturday evening, I think their numbers are maybe just a bit shy...

  1. The commentary on this little blurb may cause a loss of privileges for Herbert's buddy/creator, who needs to get his facts straight: it was a Sunday evening, not a Saturday night, and the numbers are probably more than just a little shy.
